Describing myself is like taking a snapshot. A frozen state, something that doesn't move. It would be a highly complicated task to do as I see myself changing constantly throughout life.

It would take a huge amount of words and the swirl of a river to tell about myself being a woman to my husband, a mother to my five children, a writer to my books and an artist to my community in these exciting times we all live in.

So I'll keep it simple: I love the silence while I'm working (kids at school), I prefer natural materials (never out of stock) and I am married to a wonderful man (partners in art).

Yet one thing to tell: my work is fine and fragile, usually made of thread (because of my small hands) and often accompanied by words ( I like to tell stories).
